VMD works with a point system and if you get 4 points you get a suspension or verbal write up. If you do then you will be put on the list and accumulate points. Employees need to be punctual and you can't be 1 minute late. VMD maintains a drug-free workplace.Typical day at work is coming in as early as 3 am sometimes 2:30am if flight schedules are early.
